Received a message from the dealer regarding the charger health camp, PURE has advised all the dealers to reduce the charger voltage from 67.2V to 66.6V after the recent fire incidents.

They're even ghosting out the channels who used to promote their products :

Here's how the battery looks from inside (Credits - DReviewExpert Youtube) :

Close-up of the BMS module :

Seems like it is held in place with polyimide tape.

Most of the users are facing similar issues, the BMS issue is a serious one as they're not able to pinpoint what caused the failure. Don't know what the PURE management is up to, but they need to release the reports of all the fire incidents and reveal what went wrong instead of blaming everything on the users. The major issue with portable batteries is that heat dissipation is almost absent and won't be surprised to see more EVs catching fire next summer when it gets even hotter.

My family owns a ePluto 7g and I was also told by the service team and the dealer to recalibrate the charger. Some how I did not find it convincing.
We are talking about changing some parameters in a factory built and tested charger. And who will do this? Some servicemen in a shed?
Does not give any confidence at all.
I will hold on to my original charger until the company decides to bring in a factory calibrated charger.

MCB Issue :

Poor QC while selecting vendors. This is the second time that MCB has failed.

Suspension Issue :

When I visited the service center for my scheduled paid service they pointed out that there's an oil leak from the rear suspension and that the spares will cost around ₹2,800. Decided to get it done from my local fng because 2.8k seemed too high.

We took the decision to sell off this scooter because it failed to offer the reliability that we needed. I tried raising all these issues to the top management but all that I got were fake promises and they were more concerned about the post (Pure EPluto 7G Electric Scooter | Ownership Review | EDIT: 8 Months and 1,364 km later) featured on Teambhp portal.

I took utmost care and followed all the the mentioned precautions, every time I plugged in the charger I did set the timer to turn off the connection. Still the bms failed, they had no answer as to why the bms failed. Even if I ignore all the other issues, battery issues are unacceptable from a brand like Pure. How did the suspension fail on a scooter that has not even covered 3000kms? They have no answers.

The only reason that I went with Pure was their experience with batteries, I'm ready to pay for a new bms, but tell me what was the cause and how can I prevent it, if it's a qc issue from your side admit it but please provide proper answers.

Do these people have any prior experience in developing automobiles ? Seems the lure of EV with govt doling out offerings made them manufacture EVs.

When even the established two wheeler giants are treading carefully in EV space these types pop up from nowhere without any background or backing and happily jump into the party. In the process they got drowned and lost all brand and goodwill.
