2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 reaches 1 lakh production mark

The 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 was one of the highly awaited motorcycles of the year. It was launched in the Indian market in September and now, has reached the 1 lakh production milestone.

Based on the firm's J-platform, the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 uses a double-cradle frame. The motorcycle comes with a pair of 41 mm forks at the front and dual shock absorbers at the back.

Powering the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a 349cc, single-cylinder, DOHC engine that can also be found on the Meteor 350. It is capable of producing 20.3 BHP @ 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. For the transmission, RE has provided a 5-speed gearbox.

Some of the other features of the 2021 Classic 350 include a 300 mm front disc, 270 mm rear disc, single/dual-channel ABS, and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The motorcycle has a fuel tank capacity of 13 litres and tips the scale at 195 kg.

That's actually very good numbers. RE was probably doing around 38-40k with its old classic per month earlier. They are almost getting there with classic reborn. I loved the bike when I Test drove it but ended up buying CB350 as I loved CB350 more. Hope RE makes it more VFM by adding dual ABS, tubeless tyres as default.

New Classic RE350 is really in good demand. Test drove it over the last weekend. Drive was comfortable and has immense retro appeal. Found it better then competition (CB350). Have booked dark stealth black with dual channel ABS, alloy wheels and tubeless tire’s.
