Hero MotoCorp partners with BPCL for EV charging stations

Hero MotoCorp has announced that it will collaborate with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) to set up charging stations for electric two-wheelers across the country.

BPCL is converting 7,000 conventional retail outlets into 'Energy Stations' providing multiple fueling options. These will include conventional fuel bunks and EV charging facilities.

In the first phase, charging stations will be set up across 9 cities, starting with Delhi and Bangalore.

Hero MotoCorp will soon start setting up EV charging stations in the two cities. These will include DC and AC chargers and will be available for use to all 2-wheeled EVs. Customers will be able to access the chargers using the Hero MotoCorp mobile app.
