Royal Enfield partners with Alpinestars to launch new riding gear

Royal Enfield has partnered with Italian motorcycle riding gear brand Alpinestars, to launch a range of riding apparels in India.

The new collection is called 'Royal Enfield X Alpinestars' and includes armour-infused riding jackets, gloves and riding trousers. The apparels are CE Certified with Class A protection under Personal Protective Equipment regulations. They come with Alpinstars' Nucleon flex pro CE level 2 armour and Dystar membrane that makes the gear waterproof and breathable at the same time.

The gloves are made from abrasion-resistant goat Nappa leather, Polyester Air mesh and Drystar waterproof membrane. They are CE certified to level 1 and come with knuckle and palm protection, padding, cuff adjusters, screen-friendly fingertips and accordion stretch panels.

Nice! Alpinestars gear that does not scream "LOOK AT ME, I HAVE ALPINESTARS GEAR". Suits well with retro, mature image of the RE brand as such.
