I want to know if this is a Jawa. Unfortunately I didnt click a photo of the engine but that looked like a jawa. The front drum looks odd hence my query

AFAIK, It is not a JAWA. Apart from the hubs, the mudguards are not that of a JAWA. From whatever little portion of the tank that is visible, it definetly does not seem like a JAWA. Also, on a JAWA the front forks are slightly angled forward which does not seem to be the case with this bike...I most definetly could be wrong though.

I would be moving from Bangalore to Kolkata in October this year. I wanted to know whether you know of any reliable mechanics in Kolkata who do basic maintenance for Yezdis or Jawas. I have a 94 Roadking and a 67 Jawa. I can source the spare parts from Bangalore, but needed a reliable mechanic who understands these machines.
