What changes can be expected with the BS6 Phase 3 update in motorcycles/scooters?

The stringent BS6 norms introduced in 2020 and BS6 Phase 2 (OBD-2 & E20) in 2023 have significantly lowered the limits for pollutants emitted by bikes.
I couldn't find a detailed info regarding BS6 phase 3 update. One thing i heard is that phase 3 update vehicles will be equipped with two O2 sensors compared to one in BS6 and BS6 phase 2. Please add more info to this thread.
