The fastest Rd's as of now, is running late 12s. I know of atleast two bikes doing 13s.

I don't think any RD in INDIA has done 11sec.

non stock around late 12's not possible (atleast by the timing system we follow lol), 10 and 11 is something which in India is not yet taken.

10,11 and 12 is also not possible atleast in Indian RD's, seen SBK's doing 9-10 seconds timing but they are 1000-1300 cc and 4 cylenders modern machine.

A well tuned and beefed up 350 LC will sure do 1/4 mile in 11-11.5 seconds range.

necklace road..weekend..lots of families doing an outing..

oh you surely meant 4 AM or roundabout right.
just be careful the road surface is not exactly very good these days.
also remember the rain gods are around.
and ofcourse, there is the usual debris left over on the road.

all the best.

As far as I remember, Babban Khan's RD (he was riding himself) did 12.62 secs at the SR 2006. (could be wrong though!)

The two fastest RDs I've seen were from Nisar's stable.
Both did a 12 second timing with the fastest from Baban Khan.
