2025 Yamaha FZ-S Fi with mild-hybrid tech unveiled at Auto Expo

Yamaha has revealed the 2025 FZ-S Fi at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Expo. The latest iteration of the bike comes with a mild-hybrid tech similar to the Fascino.

The new Yamaha FZ-S Fi is powered by a 150cc, single-cylinder engine paired with an Integrated Starter Generator, which provides a slight boost in performance. The bike also gets an idle start/stop system and a silent start function.

The full technical specs will be revealed at the time of launch, which is expected in the first half of 2025.

Yamaha has also made other changes to the FZ-S Fi for the 2025 model year. This includes a new TFT colour display with turn-by-turn navigation. The bike has an LED headlamp with LED DRLs on either side, while the turn indicators are now integrated into the fuel tank fairings.

I was hoping for dual-channel ABS in this update, but unfortunately, it still comes with single-channel ABS.
