Updated Suzuki Burgman Street spied testing

An updated version of the Suzuki Burgman Street is in the works. A test mule of the upcoming scooter was recently spotted on public roads.

The new Burgman Street is expected to receive minor cosmetic changes. Spy images suggest that it might feature a redesigned front apron with repositioned side reflectors and a new taillamp.

The updated Burgman is expected to receive similar mechanical updates as the Access. The 124cc engine powering the Burgman was recently updated to comply with OBD2B norms. This engine delivers 8.6 BHP and 10 Nm and is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT).

The Burgman is available in two variants: Street and Street EX, priced at Rs 95,800 and Rs 1,16,200 (ex-showroom), respectively. The new version is expected to cost slightly more.

With scooters like Aerox and Jupiter in the market, Burgman should up the game to earn sales. I was considering the scooter before Aerox. Proportions are not right on this scooter; tires don't match the scooter's overall size.
