The new Splendor is available in three variants: Splendor+, Splendor+ Xtec and Splendor+ Xtec 2.0. The top variant costs Rs 85,501, for which, you get an LED headlight and a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity.

The Splendor has been updated to comply with the latest OBD-2B emission norms. The bike is powered by the same 97.2cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which makes 8 BHP and 8.05 Nm. The engine is paired with a 4-speed gearbox.

Earlier, a Splendor+ equipped with a front disc brake was spotted at a dealer yard. The 2025 edition, though, has the conventional drum brake setup.

The quiet king of Indian two wheeler sales. It’s a bit sad that it misses out on disc brakes. But then again considering the target market and use cases , as long as suspension setup is sorted , people will load this to the top with stuff and carry it across the country and not break sweat.

Disc brake variant is available, but the lineup is quite confusing. 2025 Splendor lineup is as follows - std, Xtec & Xtec 2.0. Among them, only the Xtec, which is the middle variant, gets optional disc brake. The std variant and top of the line Xtec 2.0 don't get one, even as an option 🙃 Anyways, for me the Xtec (not 2.0) looks the best. Very clean design, with tastefully done graphics. The disc brake only compliments the beautiful design.
