Guys!

I have a place in a industrial area in Govandi, near Chembur (Mumbai). The space inside is around 1000Sqft and outside is another 1000 sq feet. I am planning to start a motorcycle service center in the place. I heard this is good money. I want to get ideas from you guys about the details of running a place like this.

As per as my study till now i think 80% of the market has hero honda bikes and 20% has bajaj. Taking a rough figure here.
Also the Chembur-Govandi area does not have any Hero Honda service center so it sounds like a first option.

Can someone help me with the same.
