TVS Neo .the bike designed for the Indonesian Market.its a very competent product .which is launched against japness jaints like Honda and suzukies.its a 110 cc steap thrugh with lots of features.whose pics are available on differnt bolgs.and as a TVS fan i really want to know how the bike is doing in term of sales.as they have invested a lot money in building the plant and the bike is entirely manufactured locally.

The pics & report can be seen Here

The bike seemed to be launched in 2007 in Indonesia. Its a step thru design which has failed in India.

To add to what TC sir said (for the uninitiated)-
Kind of a cross between a full-fledged scooter and a relatively underpowered moped, it's called an 'underbone' due to the design of the frame/chassis.
Underbone - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There is also a separate and very popular class called "underbones" at racing weekends in Malaysia/Thailand and other nations maybe and those things pwn most commuter-class bikes in India.

Anyone ever tried to outdrag a CD100/Ind-Suzuki/... with a Hero Puch?

Is he holding a cellphone in his palm? I am assuming that he is riding in excess of 65-75 kmph.

EDIT: It is not Neo, see the indicator on the body panel on the test vehicle; On the Neo, its on the front side and not sideways.

PIC: Google.com and respective owners.

EDIT 2: I think it is from TVS, see the silencer and engine block design near the leg of the rider.

The TVS factory is in between Hosur and Bangalore. Also, they have a division at Nanjangud near Mysore. I am not sure what they manufacture at Mysore, but that could also be the reason why they have a KA number.

Brings us to an ever bigger question- Are they planning to launch it in India? Step-thrus haven't been succesful here. (Mainly because of the M80 image IMO!).

Considering the fact that its already launched in Indonesia, doesn't make sense for them to test it here, unless they plan to launch it.
