Pulsar 300 & Pulsar 2009 edition

Hi All,

Recently there was a free service camp for Pulsars in Pune on 1-3rd May by the Bajaj Auto people. Had anyone of us been there?
I have heard that Pulsar 300 & Pulsar 2009 edition of the existing Pulsars were on display.
Did anyone try to steal/take a pic of the same?

Pulsar 300 : Hearing it for the 1st time. Rumour most probably !

Pulsar 2009 edition is P150 with some cosmetic tank mods + all new black engine like P180.

Yup and the new 180 is the same old one with 200's tyres and clipons. I asked the person if there were any differences, he also said the there were only cosmetic differences and nothing more.

Its already been discussed here (http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/motorb...sar-300-a.html)

But a 300 CC bike from an Indian Manufacturer would be great but I doubt to have roads to enjoy the capabilities of such bikes here in India.

300cc would be a biggest attempt from any Indian Manufacturers in these segments apart from RE ofc.

Why increase in CCs ?
Increase the quality of components, relaibility and use liquidcooling.

R15 beats P220 on track and on road.

BTW new P180 has
P200's tyres, tank cowls, boader forks and larger brake disc.

300cc from Bajaj - i doubt it. There are so many cubic capacity options above 220 that Bajaj is yet to explore. I see the 300cc coming right after the launch of the 240, 260, 280 cc Pulsars
