Will try removing it out of the casing and firing it though. Will update as soon as possible
I know this is an old thread, but the symptoms I'm having with my CL350 matches yours. Did you finally get the problem rectified? If yes how?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah - easy fix. Kicked out the wife and the bike

Jokes aside - nope, never got it fixed finally. Until I sold the bike, I never used the ES.

"Easy fix" not an option for me. Wife is staying for sure But can't say the same for the bike until I have a clear idea on this problem.

You did mention getting the bush/ starter motor repaired. Was wondering if this was in Bangalore. If yes, where?

Well, I did attempt to get the bush repaired but it didn't work. I can suggest you a friend - he is part of a Bullet club but runs his own garage. His garage is near Audugodi. If that is close enough for you, I can PM you his number.
