This is a pulsar 180 modded into a duke streetfighter. Great work though. Excellent work efficiency of the modifier shown on the job.

Its modded by a Indonesian, i've seen some really neat mods and paint jobs on their forums. They also tune the ECU of the bike.

Honda unicorn up-gradation.

May be this not the modifications you expect. My 2005 Unicorn was modded to 2010 (at least tried to ). It has been 5 years and I was seriously thinking of purchasing a new Unicorn, but the thought of parting my baby was heart breaking. But I needed a new look for my bike too. Thus came the idea of updation and was done by a mechanic and a friend of mine, who deals with only Honda two wheelers. It was done in three stages, thus avoiding a pocket drain.
See the pictures and judge.

Hi rakesh_r, thanks. The work was done in a timespan of 6 months in three stages. Ill give you a rough break up of things I remember. The products used was a mixture of new and sparingly used Honda genuine parts. I had to start from the start.
1st stage : Engine over-hauling. There was some problem with the piston. All the replacement and labor cost came to around Rs8500.
2nd stage : 1. Front disc changed. Got it from second hand market, and was in good condition. (rs 500). The assembly was retained from my old unicorn.
2. SS rims were replaced by black alloys (rs 5000).
3. Front visor was replaced by new model, broad visor, again from second hand market. (Rs 500).
3rd stage : Paint job, sticker works, logos (rs 3500). Side cowls were replaced by new model ones (cost, im not sure, was OE from showroom.), Battery was moved from left to right to accommodate the cowl, Slight modifications were done on the silencer. I think I shelled out rs 4500 for this.)
This is all I can remember, and after this, the vehicle looked brand new.

Found this bike in my office parking lot. The work done was very good and proportional. The engine looked like a 100cc HH engine , but on closer inspection it looked a little different.

the work is good but not proportionate IMHO. the engine looks to punny compared to the tank and panels on the bike. i think an Enfield engine would have done justice to the mods. Or atleast a 150cc engine. I like the paint job on the tank though.
