Did some hunting as i bought a new Pulsar 150 DTSI and found some good info.

For all pulsar owners, Workshop and Parts Manual.

In the course of some research, I found the correct workshop manual, with all the correct torque specs and validation tests. This is for the 180 UG3 model, however, most of it should be the same for pulsars around that era. This may be useful for some, hence uploading it here.

I am still in the process of the searching for the correct workshop manual for 150 UG2 model.

See if this could be of any help, not exactly a service manual but has some information.
