Inspite of the above negative experience of a member, I decided to try this out for my i10. The front and rear glass were full of micros scratches and faint swirl marks as the cleaner used dirty water/ cloth to clean it for a couple of years. A layman could have commented that the glass was scoured with scotch brite.
A pic of the glass before the work commenced:
The process itself was straightforward. Called up Paresh as per the number on this thread, fixed up a time slot (1 Hour is NEEDED for a small car, don't try to rush this as I'll explain further. More time may be needed for a larger car) and dropped him an SMS with my name, and time slot that we confirmed on, and car details.
We reached at the appointed time, and it is not easy to miss the technician standing outside the place since he wears a deep blue tee shirt boldly proclaiming "Glass Polish India". (Refer Pic).
The work started pronto. The steps involved are as follows:
The glass is cleaned with water and a squeeze.
1. White Paste (Micro abrasion paste I believe) applied as a thin layer over the glass.
2. Water is sprayed over this to keep things cool.
3. A rotary tool with a large pad is used to scour the surface of the glass. The technician knows the right amount of pressure to apply. Too little will have no effect, too much will cause the glass to get very hot.
4. Once a few passes of the large pad are done, the glass is inspected to check in case any large scratches are left.
5. A smaller pad is used for specific places or singular scratches in a similar way.
6. The work is more of start and stop, as the glass must not overheat during the process. This would of course be harmful. Thus this job cannot be rushed and will be done as per the technicians timing.
The process was repeated for all the glass panels in my case.

Note: The pads and paste seemed extremely abrasive in nature. It is a testament to the technician that they manage to do this work so smoothly.
The end result: Well, we spent a small amount to try this out, as the alternative was a replacement of the front and rear glass. Even with insurance claims, it would have costed more as own payment, plus the cost of lost insurance bonus.
The car which we avoided using at night, now feels very comfortable.
Is it as good as a new sheet of glass? No, of course not. If this is your expectation, do not go here.
Does it provide an extension to the glass panel under focus? Of course. We believe we should be able to get another 2 to 3 years easily with this polished glass.
Do avoid this if you think it will clear chipped glass or deep scratches, it can only faint them out, but not remove. Also, if your glass has a crack, then you cannot do this.
Paresh spent a few minutes answering my questions, but I guess as a working person must work as well, he had to take off. He assigned two of his other guys to interact with me whenever needed. The location is very easy to find, sandwiched between two popular hotels near Chembur station.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking to try out a low cost solution instead of replacing their glass right away.
