Hi guys one question, Aria Pure 4x2 2011 has single mass or dual mass flywheel?

IIRC, the 4x2 models have always had a single mass flywheel.

Hi all the handbrake in my aria feels very weak, despite having the handbrake on the car still chugs on, what shall I do ?

Like Lobster has said, it is a known issue with the Aria, Safari/Storme and now the Hexa.
It happens due to the improper routing of the cable which results in improper pressure being applied to the brake shoes upon pulling the lever. There isn't a lot you can do except getting the cable lubricated and adjusted perfectly.
