any idea when the 1.2 MJD 90 BHP Punto sport is going to be available in India?
1.2 MJD? I think you mean 1.3 mjd. Likely in June/July.

Wait is the punto sports some sort of limited edition car? Or will it be on offer permanently? I want one in white, with the optional sun-roof and with no decals... :)
I got my Punto MJD E+ on Apr 10.
Its Exotica Red and I have upgraded the audio.
I had driven 2300 Kms and my friend had commented that the plastics in Punto is much better than his Ritz.

GP with VGT, that's Great News.
Will the Sports Version have the same specs as the BS-IV Linea Multijet ? if yes then the GP Sports will have 93 PS on offer..!! and the perfomance also will be Very Good.
Hope FIAT dosent mess up with the tuning of the Engine & the Gear Ratio's.
I feel that instead of sunroof and leather what would help is a 6th gear in the sports model.

Couple of Questions here:
1. Would it be fair to say that regular GP 1.3 MJD + Pete's ~ 90 BHP would be equivalent in performance when compared to the GP Sports 1.3 MJD VGT ~90 BHP ?
2. Pete's tuning Box on top of GP Sports, any thoughts...would the wheels come off ? :D

The grande punto sports is great news indeed. Hope someone can confirm this though. Scoop masters please help. I am about to close on a grande punto and if this bit of news is true then id like to wait.
Also two new colours have been launched in the GP, but have they discontinued the Electric Blue shade? I was just browsing the fiatpunto.in website and checked out the new 2 shades but couldnt find the blue in the list.
