The blacked out pillars on emotion and emotion pack variants are matt from May onwards I think. They are similar ones like it was there on punto dynamic variant.

Dont know about that, but as far as I know Goodyears are very long lasting, if not anything else. In fact, lasting long and higher puncture resistance seem to be the two biggest points of Goodyear tyres.
On our car, the GT3s are about 18thousand kms old, and dont look or feel any different from the time they were new.
I recently saw an Indigo CS with stock GT3s, and even after a good 37thousand kms, the tyres still looked good for a good deal more. The driver said, stock Goodyears generally last for 50-60thousand kms, while JKs last at best 45thousand.

While applying brakes on my way back home, my car gave a beep - the (ABS) Warning lamp came up, and the MID displayed "ABS Unavailable - refer manual". The roads were somewhat wet after a light drizzle. I pulled the car off the road, switched it off. On turning it on again, the warning went off, only to reappear the next time I applied the brakes.
I called up my service dealer (Concorde, Cochin), and the SA said "there is nothing to worry. It could be a loose contact".
Has anybody experienced something like this earlier? My car (2009 MJD Emotion) has done 41411 kms, and I had recently changed the tyres.
Have booked an appointment with the service centre tommorrow, to get her checked.

Please search through the forum, some one else had faced the same issue. It was just a loose contact and TASS guys fixed it in 5 mins time, there is nothing to worry about.
Concorde Cochin works manager is a knowledgeable and helpful guy, if you want his contact please pm me.
Well, I still say it would be safer to take it for an physical check, rather than conjecturing that its a loose contact. It most probably is a loose contact, but to be on the safe side you should get it checked out ASAP.

Had taken my car to Concorde Cochin for a check up today. The problem was indeed a loose contact, plus some damage to the wiring (they couldn't find out how it happened though). The sensor (Rear Left Wheel sensor) was rewired. The sensor was covered in mud it seems - which was cleaned. But it took them a good 7 hours to finish the work (thanks to the horrible rush at the service centre).
I had some rattle from the rear seat as well - which was traced to a loose nut of the seat lock. Some more works are pending, which will be done during the next visit (45000 kms service).
The seats belts of the rear seat (especially the left seat) is very loose - I mean the passenger would not be held back by the seat belt when the car stops all of a sudden. I reported this problem, and the service supervisor said it would be done during my next visit.
Overall a very good service experience..

Nice photoshoot with the Puntos. We've been planning to do something similar in our office too. Currently, we have 3 red and 2 white Puntos in our office. There were two black ones too, but their owners left the company.

Guys, I need to fix the rear bumper. Also there is some rattling noise from the dash. Also, I need to get the alignment checked.
Which A.S.S. in mumbai should I go to? I stay in hiranandani, powai. Last time I gave my car to Fortune (Powai), it was a very unpleasant experience. The next closest to my place is Wasan, Chembur. My friend has an influence in there but I have heard a LOT OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS about them, so I am skeptical.
Any inputs from mumbaikars?
