I decided to give them a try after my Santro's warranty expired and the nearest A*S*S is a 2 hour drive. I got the clutch changed and had the periodic service done there. I am satisfied with their service and will be certainly returning. Some of my observations:

• SA's/owners are four young automobile engineers, some having worked in service centers abroad.
• They are honest.
• SA's/owners doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. They insisted on giving my car a wash (after I asked them to let it slide) and since their staff had already left, rolled up their sleeves and washed it themselves; they said quote-it is for their satisfaction-unquote.
• Total bill of around 5000 for clutch change and regular service. Gave me a couple of hundred discount as well.
• Their staff doesn't "wash their hands off," they lend a patient ear to our woes and makes sure we are satisfied.
• Still setting up, paint booth just getting installed (I was told it would be functional within the week).
• Their office called me up a couple of days later to get my feedback.

Their front office is by the road side, on NH-47, right after Dreams Theater (on your left side), when you are going TVM ==> ATL.

Do they still maintain the quality? My Vdi has reached 80k KMs and wish to do the service in a FNG showrooms, rather than the greedy MASS.

Sorry, got the notification today.

I have lowered my opinion just a tad bit. A couple of niggles recurred which had been fixed by them, may be my bad luck; nothing major though.

I still entrust my car there.
