What I like:
Friendly nature of staff and owner. They are all car guys!
Adequate parking space
Staff is well trained including their cleaner, who had an eye for details.
Separate sections for washing, polishing and PPF
Decent lounge with auto magazines and products on display
Professionalism exhibited by their staff and attendants is unmatched. One of the best I have experienced till now. I didn't get any point to object against as far as the work done was concerned.

What I don't like:
Given the quality they are maintaining, the facility is almost always crowded. Better inform the owner before coming.

What I bought from them:
During one of my DIYs, I managed to get some nasty stains on the roof liner. So got the roof professionally cleaned, along with proper application of PPF on all 4 door sills. My DIY PPF wasn't so neat. Paid Rs. 2800 for all.
