Servicing of all Tata passenger vehicles
What I like:

• Mech appears to know his stuff about tata vehicles ( which he should!). Excellent diagnostic skills ( can actually fix stuff)
• Honest ( will tell you if a part really needs to be replaced or not). does not appear to be the type who wants to make a quick buck
• Can wait and watch your car being serviced

What I don't like:

• Just Servicing. For anything else, you'll have to go elsewhere
• Interiors/exteriors a bit dusty/greasy after service

Pricing: Prices on par with TASC's. I imagined it would be cheaper since its and independent shop

Speciality / USP: Obviously, Tata cars , Mechanical work. If you work in the technopark area, have a tata car, and are fed up with Kulathunkal/Focuz's inablity to fix anything, give them a shot

Got my Safari 2.2L from a full suspension work. They did a great job in 2 days. Also took it to alignment/wheel balancing. I was charged 3.6k for the labour (parts costs me 17k )

I would recommend them.

glad to know you found them good too. The chief mech told me that the owner's safari developed some problem, and kulathunkal couldnt solve it after extended troubleshooting and replacements. Eventually they said "just take it somewhere else and fix it somehow" !

I wonder if that's how the place started

Even they have learned how to charge / fleece from the authorised service centres!

I wonder if it was my perception. Others have told me that it was quite cheap, and JK also seems to think so.

But one thing is that they charge more than TASC rates for spares. Reason given is that they use the 'best' stuff

13 year old bump. I found these guys closed when I came back to India in 2021. Looks like they have reopened in a new location. Have given my car for service there and will update.

Update: they did a mostly great job, with some issues to be free checked after some running. Engine feels almost new
