Is this the same DeSoto i had spotted earlier or some other car. spotted it near Ballard estate today.

yes benson it is the same car that you have posted earlier. this only has the hood closed.

Spotted this 1946 DeSoto four-door lying in the basement of an eatery in Bandra. Considering that it was an RHD, it must've been assembled by PAL here.
