The Tempo Viking was launched sometime during the first quarter of 1969 but as a van.

Probably earlier than 69, as the first edition of the owner's manual posted earlier is issued in September 1966.

1964 as per the company website. The Matador was launched in 1969, in fact their website shows. I have my doubts though regarding the latter which was launched much later than 1969.

The website unfortunately is riddled with errors in dates. I have a 1967 dated advertisement of the Tempo Viking Ambulance (old face, petrol engine), and a 1969 dated one for the Matador (old face, diesel model). Shall hunt for them and share.
