Vintage harley restoration - 1930s Harley Flathead

A friend of mine inherited a 1930s harley flathead. Problem is the bike is completely dismantled and currently in about 30 pieces. I'm told most of the important bits are there, but things like the wiring harness and electrical must have disintegrated by now.
Does anyone know people in Bombay who can restore a vintage harley? Preferrably accurately, as well?

Absolutely. He would be my choice as well for such a wonderful bike. He has restored a friends late 30s Harley, so he knows his job.
