Yes, this is a type of ARP system. But there lately seem to be many differences between what is mentioned in the owners' manual and what is provided in the actual Endeavour 3.2 Titanium, and I wouldn't take Ford's word for it.

This snapshot i took from my car' ford etis database and it shows RSC is available in my car. So, we can be assured on this part.
