Can someone tell me if the Lalbaugh flyover is completed? Planning a visit to Pune next week and driving from South Mumbai

Yes. The flyover is now opened.. rode on it a fortnight ago..

Did ride on it towards Colaba, but can't recollect whether the return path included that specific flyover. we just rode straight on everything that came our way. took us 50 mins from Colaba Causeway to Seawoods on the Independence day night.
