Two weeks trip to Uttarkhand?

Few more changes to the trip. Need to cancel Tungnath temple trek as I need to modify my plan as accommodation at Kedarnath is not available. So booked in Rambara for two nights.
I have also booked GMVN, AULI for one night. There are two options to reach AULI from Joshimath. Please suggest if I can drive Innova from Joshimath to Auli or should I need to take Ropeway to reach. If ropeway is the only choice, will there be any parking place to park overnight near joshimath

Innova can be driven to Auli. You shall find parking space. Suggest you do one way by Innova and the other by the ropeway. If you do decide on it then do the ropeway on your way back from Auli

Either I have to drive Innova or take Ropeway. This is my personal vehicle so I cannot leave and take Ropeway one way

You dont have an alternate driver? Then suggest take the ropeway both ways, more fun.

Eagerly waiting for the trip to start. Listed out all the items that needs to be carried along with.

One question keep bugging me always ? Where do we need to park the car for Kedarnath trip. Wikitravel suggests to keep the private cars in Sonprayag and few other website suggested to park in gaurikund. Please suggest and also is it safe to keep the car in the parking lot for two nights.
