Hi, We are planning for a Bangalore-Goa trip from 29th September - 3 Oct. Need help to Decide which route and where to stop for breakfast and Lunch(We are planning to leave at 4 in the morning).

• Place to stay in Gokarna.
• Place to stay in Palolem and on the Beach.
• Any precautions and additional preperations?

I will be returning from Gokarna to Bangalore next week. Google suggested this route:
Gokarna -> Kumta -> Haveri and AH47 to Bangalore.

How is the stretch from Gokarna to Haveri? Any other recommendations?

I am traveling from Pune to Mangalore in a few days. I have planned my journey as
Pune - Kolhapur - Hubli - Karwar
Karwar - Gokarna - Mangalore
Mangalore - Hubli
Hubli - Pune.

Total days - 10

Google maps is suggesting two routes from Belagavi
1. Belagavi - Londa through Anshi National Park
2. Belagavi - Dharwad - Yellapur

Which is a better route?

Also, from Mangalore to Hubli which one is better?
1. Mangalore - Gokarna - Hubli
2. Mangalore - Sirsi - Hubli

I will be traveling with my parents - both about 70 years, and hence good road with place to halt for food, clean toilets is a must.

Its a nobrainer,stick to Belgaum-dharwad bypass-NH63-Yellapur-Baleguli cross-kumta-mangalore.I would take the same route back.
