Hi,

I need to go to Bangalore to Garhwa via Pune, Dhule and Jabalpur. Kindly suggest the safest and fastest option. I prefer 4 lane roads and I will have ladies with me so safety is important.

Also, how safe is Garhwa. What i sthe best option to stay at Garhwa or nearby town? Basically we have some business meetings in Garhwa.

I need to leave tomorrow so kindly let me know as soon as possible.

- Bangalore - Pune is standard 4-lane
- Pune-Shirdi : 4-lane
- Shirdi - Malegaon - Dhule : Mixed set of roads
- Dhule-Indore-Dewas-Bhopal-Jabalpur (Roads till Bhopal are very nice) Bhopal-Jabalpur has some rough sections.


Not much idea about the last section. Would suggest check with others. Based on what I read here:

Dont know how bad is Jabalpur-Katni. Instead members have been suggesting:

Jabalpur-Umaria-Maihar-Rewa. No idea about roads beyond that towards Garwha. Also dont know about the safety aspects. Would rather suggest day time travel.

Thanks Ampere. Bumping up the old thread, please suggest safe route after Jabalpur and safe places to stay. What would be the closest and safe place to stay around Garwah.
