| Route and stay queries for Dang district, Gujarat
Planning to visit places in south Gujarat during Diwali next month.
From web searches, and correlating with maps, shortlisted a cluster of places from Dang district such as:
- Girmal waterfalls
- Purna wildlife sanctuary
- Shabri Dham
- Pampa Sarovar
etc.
I see relatively less travelogues to the region, at least in bhp threads. Would appreciate information such as: stay options in this region, any other good places in the region, route and road condition etc.
Plan to spend about 2 to 3 days. Will be starting from Mumbai but returning to Pune. For Mumbai - Dang is via Valsad better or via Nashik - distance wise they look more or less similar. For Dang to Pune I guess via Nashik is shorter.
