Panipat to Paradip route queries : The Cross Country Trip to relish for a lifetime

Hello Guides and Seniors!

My Office Bigboss has been transferred to his new work location.

The Source: Panipat, Haryana
Destination: Paradip, Odisha

He aspires to enjoy this opportunity with a cross country trip with his family. There is no barrier on mandatory expressways/toll roads/etc.

The prime objective of the trip is sheer pleasure and the joy of driving!

Need your advice and suggestions to make his trip, quote unquote Coldplay- "Adventure of a Lifetime!"

Kindly suggest us in planning:
A. The Best-Fit Route
B. Must visit places to visit/Have food/stay
C. Things to be taken care of!

With Inputs from members, I understood that the route advise asked is too abstract.

So, breaking it down, I am seeking guidance for the following:

Jabalpur (MP) to Bhubaneshwar/Paradip(OD):
Route Queries:
1. Which road as, Gmaps is showing three alternate route. Also if there's any alternate better route?
2. Road conditions on the advised route. This will help in preparing the timeline for the journey with family.
3. Good Restaurants/Hotels to Dine-in/Stay and dishes to eat/try.
4. Any local attractions to visit?
5. If any preferred fuel stations, as I think COCO pumps might be scarce.
6. If any route/areas which are not to be travelled/visit after sunset(or even daylight) for safety/security concerns, kindly advise that too.
