ampere, if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, you could take a look at www.koffeewoods.com

It is a 3 bedroom house near Moodigere, whose owners live in Bangalore (Koramangala). There is an old lady and her son who maintain that place. I am not sure how far Tata plantation is from this place though.
