Best route to Sariska

Hey Guys,

Hope you all had a great Christmas break.

Well tomorrow, 3 families are planning on a day trip to Sariska from Gugaon.

I'll be highly grateful if someone can tell me the route to take.

1. Gugaon - NH8 till Shahpura - Viratnagar - Sariska : 240 kms
2. Gurgaon - NH8 till Dharuhera - Tijapur - ALwar - Sariska : 200 kms

Which route is better and faster ( not top speeds but average speeds wise ).

Moreover what all can be done in a day there. We plan to leave by 6 am and back by 11pm.

All the best for your trip.
you are planning to leaving at 6PM wont it be too foggy that early in the morning and with 3 families wouldn't be safe either

Fog is uncertain - today morning, there was hardly any. And once you cross dharuhera, there's no fog, atleast on NH8. Last rode that side 07, but the alwar route was better than shahpura - the only issue being its very truckie infested (no tolls) and can be dangerous IF there's heavy fog that side.
