Mumbai To Tadoba

What would be an optimal route from Mumbai to Tadoba National Park?

Via Nashik, Jalgaon, Akola, Amravati, Nagpur and then down towards Chandrapur.
or
Via Nashik, Jalgaon, Akola, cut down to Yavatmal and then Chandrapur
or
Via Ahmednagar, Nanded and then NH7 and up towards Chandrapur.

Since it is a long trip and am a fast driver, road conditions are the most critical factor

If someone has done these roads recently, your input is welcome

I would prefer the following route:

Bombay-Ahmednagar (either via Talegaon/Pune or Kalyan-Malshej Ghat-Ale)-Aurangabad-jalna-Sindkhed Raja-Mehekar-Darwaha-Yavatmal-Karanji (take Pandharkawada road)-Wani.

This is an excellent road, except for some minor bad patches between Jalna and Sindkhed Raja. I went last October (to Raipur), but those who went after that also reported that teh roads are as good as ever.

You can trace the route from Yavatmal to Bombay on this route in the above link.
