The little text that is posted can be misleading, I didn't watch the video so don't know if its correct but the busiest airport in the world is Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta.

Guys, what is the best use for BA Miles, short of buying another BA ticket? Now they are called Avios points or something. I've tried using them to upgrade but somehow that option has always been greyed out.
I am traveling with my wife and 5 year old kid to USA. I need to take health insurance as well as travel insurance. Which is the best option?

I just bought insurance for my in-laws who are visiting us thru
www.insubuy.com ....if you are looking to buying from India then TATA -AIG would be good bet ( our company uses them for short term travel of employees to USA ).
Just came across a supplement in ET - it said there are countries for which there is no need for a visa for Indians
1) Bhutan
2) Nepal
3) Fiji
4) Bermuda
5) Cook Islands (New Zealand) Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Seychelles and Macao
6) Hongkong, Mauritius and Jamaica
7) Cape Verde Island (South Africa)
Does this mean that all we need to do is buy a ticket and reach the country mentioned above and enter them?

I'm sure you hadn't forgotten about the small matter of taking your passport with you!
Apart from that, not needing a visa does indeed mean just what it says.
EG, when I visit Singapore, I jut show my UK passport and that's it, although the visit is limited to one month. (yes, my Indian wife has to get a visa)

How does it work for the health insurance part, is there any restriction/ amount limit for these countries?
Also, how about transit visas for places like Dubai. I got one because I was put up in a hotel after I missed my connection. Can these be extended? :)

For Indonesia, Indian passport holders will get a Visa-on-Arrival (IIRC, it cost 10 USD). Its a similar case for Thailand as well.

All you need is xerox copy of your passport, 2 photograph, THB 1500 or so for visa (when i visited in 2009 it was free) around Rs 25,000 cash in hand.
