Any one who have a good offroader and will like to join me on expedition to Rajasthan epecially Jaisalmer..please let me know. I intend to do the trip next week..you will need tents and works.

Please post your experience by way of a log and a travelogue.

I intend to do the 'Desert Circuit', i.e., Barmer-Jaisalmer-Bikaner-Jodhpur later, after my 'Mewar Circuit' .i.e., Udaipur-Chittaurgarh-Kumbhalgarh-Dilwara trip in Feb 2010.

Of course my trips will be more relaxed - in a sedan, over metalled roads, with hotel stays.

Hi Harvinder, I would have loved to join but unfortunately I'm based in Hyderabad. Lokk forward to your travelogue. Btw which model Defender have you got? I have been a fan of the Defender since ages and hop eto acquire it one day

I think the body is of aluminium and chassis of steel, with coil spring suspensions, right?
