Orissa- back roads

hi all. i am back in india and ready to go to the south from here in kolkata on my friend sudipto's bullet.
wanting to go down through orissa and its tribal areas on the way to andra pradesh.
anyone think i might have any problems with the 'insurgents' in the area?
i dont drive at night and i wont be staying in any small villages overnight as planned.
the total trip will cover down the east coast to the tip and up the western ghats. hope to spend may/june in uttarranachal for some nice rides and scenery.
