Route Query : Shimoga->Nagara->Nittur->Kollur

Is this stretch doable or has it worsened by the monsoons ? Planning to do next week. Any information appreciated.

I heard that the road is very bad now.

The route is only for trucks and buses. Cars doesn't pass easily through the craters on road created by the monsoon rain. Roads need to be relaid in Summer for cars to use this route again.

My suggestion, try this
Shimoga -> Thirthahalli -> Hulikal -> Hosangadi -> Halady ->Vandse -> Kollur

or

Shimoga -> Thirthahalli -> Agumbe -> Someshwar -> Halady -> Vandse -> Kollur
