"Last minute" Diwali weekend getaway from Mumbai

Hi all. I had a long weekend coming this diwali and checked around to look for getaways in the 200 - 300 km range from mumbai. but was in for a rude surprise. All hotels in Lonavala, alibaug, igatpuri, Kashid have jacked up their prices for this weekend and are also full. Tried for a Blue ocean cruise but it was full too.

I know it is late but could anyone have/ make any suggestions for a weekend at an interesting place around mumbai? Done lavasa and nashik in the last few months. so any other...?
