I am planning mumbai-bengaluru-trivandrum

Hi all,
I just got about 10days of holiday and planning a long drive.
Hope can do mum-blr and blr -tvm in 14 hrs each in day driving only.
Is there any route diversions in proposed google map below.
We will be staying at relatives in banglore for a day.
On return have plans to make it to goa if time permits
need your help and inputs
Thanks
Adi Shankaracharya Marg, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra to Dhanuvachapuram, Kerala - Google Maps

Went for a alignment and balancing today and discovered one of the front lower arm bushing worn out. have to get it fixed tomorrow. New oil has been put in since the last one has done 5.5k and this trip will be more than 3k if completed.

Re: I am planning mumbai-bengaluru-trivandrum

While your GM routing is correctly, please note that you should use NICE Road to bypass Bangalore city traffic and the Tirunelveli bypass shown in the GM is the old one, there is now a new one. Further, one does not go off NH7 after Dindigul, instead you have to continue on NH7 via Madurai bypass (the new one is not yet on Google Maps).

Are you halting to meet friends or resting-stop/pit-stop?

Because if its a pit stop, I would suggest stop either at Tumkur or at Hosur and use NICE road to enter/exit out of BLR. But if it for personal visit that you need to stop, then there is no NICE option, unless your friend stays close to NICE road. You will then need to get into the city anyway.

No accommodation on the Madurai bypass, you have to go into town. Several stay options near the railway station and temple, let us await suggestion from other members for any specific names.
