Which Diesel Car

Hi,

Planning to get a new car with budget of around 8 L. Mostly for city drive (about 30-40km/day) and occasional long drives. Thought about Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCi, but worried about the maintance costs. Looked at NHC GXi, car lacks the punch and also price of petrol seem to only increase and cannot decrease. Please help choosing the right one.

You have only 2 options - Accent CRDi and Fiest 1.4 TDCi.. if you stretch your budget a bit (10L) you get Elantra.
In the above Fiesta is the best option you got. . Accent has the power but since you said city drive it wouldnt matter much with Fiesta.

Try reading the new car test drive - Fiesta section.. you can find persons who have now rum 3K kms on their TDCi
