Disel Car with Low Maintainence

Dear All

My friend is planning to buy a new diesel car.

Plan is to buy a sedan in the range of 8-9lacs and based on this I have shortlisted three cars
1. Nissan Sunny
2. Skoda Rapid
3. Volkswagen Vento

Please help me in suggesting which one is best option out of these? Or if there is any other please feel free to suggest
Priority is a good car with low maintenance, fuel efficient.
