Back seat comfort?
In hatches if you want something with Good A.S.S get the Hyundai getz(1.3 or 1.1 depending on your budget).
the other small hatches(all except Indica Palio Getz UVA) do not have enough legroom in the rear.
As far as midsizers are concerned, If you want to torture your mom in law go for an accent. How tall is she? My wife is 5'8" and the back seat of an accent is not somewhere she can fit easily if the driver is a little tall.

Fusion will keep you happy, and the getz will keep everyone else happy.

So in hatches choose from
Indica/Getz/Palio
In mid sizers go from
SX3/Aveo/Indigo/fiesta/Logan

If you don't like tata cars keep her away from the indigo XL. she will want one if she sits in one

Abhilash, Which means we can rule out the Fusion D from the race here?

Tanveer, Sivadas is looking at a car with adequate boot space. Notice the need for carrying bananas, coconuts and so on in the requirements posted.

I feel getz is overpriced. U-va offers more for same price and more powerful engine as well.

No, while working on arranging the finance, he had to rush back to Doha due to some job emergency. So he could not complete the deal.
He will be back in August and need to start all over again.
