2006 Fiesta Petrol 1.4 EXI 5.8L is it a fair price?

One of my friend is looking at buying a used Petrol Fiesta. It is a purchase from an individual and he is quoting 5.8L for the same. Following are some details of the vehicle

Model : 2006 June Ford Fiesta 1.4 EXI Petrol
Odo : 9300 kms
City : Bangalore

He has fitted a dealer package that includes rear spoiler, fog lamps, aluminium touches inside the vehicle, chrome foot pedal etc.. I drove the vehicle and its is in mint condition no complaints on this front.

The only concern is the price, which i feel is a tad too high since the valuations at carwale etc.. are around the 5-5.2L mark.

I would like to know the opinion of team-bhpians about this deal before i suggest to my friend.. Please drop in with your thoughts.

I think 4.5 is a good deal. 5.8 is way too much.

30% decpreciation on the day the car is bought.
then another 20% depreciation of 1 year on the remaining amount.

I also think 5.8 L is way too expensive, it should not be more than 5 even if it is in excellent condition.

Fiesta 1.4 EXI I feel its base verison on road price is around 6.7 lacs I think.

For June 2006 model good resale price is not more than 5 lacs. If its around 4.7 lacs its ideal price.
