confused since long

Hi guys,
I have been looking for a new car since long...exactly 4 months to be precise. I owned a corsa royale which i sold off recently as it;s fuel efficiency was bad. Now I have to commute 100 kms a day.
My priorities.
1. Passenger and driver comfort.
2. ease of driving.
3. not too bad FE.
4. safety.
5. budget below 10 L preferably.
6. Donot mind fuel type...preferably petrol...Ilike to drive
5.No too bad resale (not too high a priority if the vehicle is something i can use for many years.)
I considered ford fiesta ---rejected because of crampy interiors and very little leg room for the driver, some how didnt like verna.
Fusion TDCI ---still think it is high priced and no safety features.
NHC..not vfm also with a new varient due next year i thought not a good buy, no safety features (may be NHC varient with ABS and all may be out in a week, still i think honda is biding time till 2008 ).
Civic .. I liked it...but i think it is more style than substance for it's price.
Finally i came to cedia.... fun to drive, nice comfort, enough goodies, heard about the LPG variant.
Finally, I am down to two options.
1.NHC with ABS, air bag and all.
2. Cedia select with LPG

Which one do you suggest?

LPG Cedia... would be a fantastic choice since you commute 100 Kms a day.

^^Only the base model is available which is stripped down of all the goodies. Not worth it. I'd say get the Cedia Select LPG. The local mitsubishi dealer is supposed to get an LPG car soon. I'll post impressions once I get to drive it. They claim their LPG kit leads to no drop in power.

Among the two I suggest Cedia LPG. But I wonder if there are enough LPG filling stations in Kochi.
With the kind of mileage you do, you can look at the diesels and new generation diesels are almost(i would say better!) like petrol in drivability and power. You can look at Optra Magnum Diesel and Verna VGT SX. Both are excellent cars and meet most of your criterion.
