hi all
saw a well maintained disel contessa with isuzu engine and gearbox with decent body line and interiors. car has AC and power steering.rate is 40000. tyres are ok. i was looking for buying a diesel car for weekend visits to our new farm house 70 kms from my house.most of the diesels i saw are well above 1.5 lakhs. what do you guys think about the contessa? thanks in advance.

Finally found a 2000 model contessa with isuzu diesel, powersteering (both are factory fit)and it is well maintained.

Asking price is 1.20 L, i guess it can be negotiated to 1 L.

Is it worth the price?

no way its worth max 65k as its a diesel 1l is to much for a contessa

Even i plan on buying a used Contessa very soon!
Diesel is what i will opt for!

I have recently bought my dream car contessa (just like all the contessa lovers) a dream from 2007 and I feel proud to own it and be a part of the conti-family now. All the bhpians, I request you to help me out with the spare parts availability and mods that I can do. I will post the pictures soon. :)

Few pictures of my recently bought contessa. I am looking for chrome bumpers, big front Radiator grill and if anyone can help me with the classic wooden steering.
