Finally booked Verna CRDI SX.

Yesterday I finally booked a Verna CRDI SX from Sanjay Hyundai.
Blushing red color and should get it in 15 days.
I thank all the team-BHP team and members for all your help. This forum has helped me a lot right from which car to buy to which dealer to which accessory to fit.

Thanks one and thanks all for all your help. Keep up the great work.

Some tips which I thought I should share after my experience.
  • Test drive all the cars that you need to buy i test drive almost all. Verna thrice (this you guys already know though)
  • Their rules for exchange bonus, corporate discount and cash discount are very flexible so get all of it in any case. Like in my case my old car is my name and new car i am taking on my wife name, they said you will get either corporate bonus or exchange bonus but after some insistence (quoting other dealer) they gave me both.
  • Get insurance done on your own or through your agent, you can save about 3-4 K on this.
  • Get all details about loan like i found out that the interest that you pay in the first year if you take a 5 year loan or 3 year loan is almost the same. This will help you if you are planning to prepay or foreclose the loan.
  • Gets all details about foreclosure and prepayment as they won’t tell you until insisted.
Thanks for all your support

Excellent choice, dude. I myself tested some 8-9 cars before plonking for a Verna CRDI SX ABS myself.

When can we expect an initial ownership experience, and some photos?

Well the choice was my wife's . This is the new blushing red which is from I10. I havent seen any blushing red on road and also its not their with any dealer in pune.
In terms of preference of color mine would be Red->Blue->Golden->Silver->white->black. These are the only colors available in verna now

The colors give a amazing look to the car...do you want the dull colors be in this car to make it look a boring car?
