Ford Ikon Flair 1.3 Dec 2008 Query

A company owned Ikon Flair 1.3 Dec 2008 is available for employees to bid @ Chennai.

Here are the details:

Model Ford Ikon 1.3 Flair
Color Paprika Red
Year Of Mft. Dec 2008
KM Only 4200 kms

Minimum bid is 3.95 L . I know this is a discontinued version.

Is it worth bidding 3.96L for this car?

Absolutely Not, recently a friend sold his Ikon Flair 2005 in delhi and after weeks of haggling was able to sell it for 1,10,000/ The car had run 12000kms. Spotless car His dad is a judge hence the Mint conditon.

Max to max that this car is worth in the market in delhi would be around 2lakhs, dont know about the scene down south.

Ford Ikon Flair is not discontinued, it is still sold.
And for the price, it is way too high. Rather than this you can spend 1L more and buy a brand new one.

Discontinued in the sense, the new shape Ikon has come after that without the mesh grill.

The actual cost being aroung 5 lakhs on road, I think 3.96 is a good enough bet for a 6 month old car, in fact its very good.

I think you should go for it, if you like the Ikon.

Discontinued, it is not. It is very much in production.
Thats like saying the Swift is now discontinued, since it comes with a new set of tail lamps, and wheelcaps.

As for the price, you can certainly bargain.
